"Before commencing the Kick-Start a New YOU!® Program, l experienced a foot injury which became arthritic. I suffered a lot of pain and had little ability to move a lot. I also had bloating and allergies with wheat and other foods. I increased in weight and was not sure how to make the right changes to receive the weight loss needed with my limited mobility. I noticed I was becoming forgetful at times. Also my eyes were getting a dry crust, which began irritating my eyes, and I had to use eye drops. Since then, the Kick-Start a New YOU!® Program has helped me to understand the use of plant based cooking and diet intake and how to implement portion control and not snack in between meals. I have increased my water intake. The program has helped me to understand and implement my health plan on a daily basis. l am now pain free! l have lost 5 lbs. during the 30-day program! I have better clarity of mind and feel healthier in my body, more energy and am now able to do more exercise and walk more through the day. I now know how to prevent bloating of my stomach, when eating the right foods in the right way. And I have no crust around my eyes! I thank God that l am being given my life back and hope to continue with future programs, to enhance health and wellness for life."
