Baked Brown Rice
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
2 ½ cups water
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients into casserole dish and cover with foil.
Bake at 350F for 60-90 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.

Quick Tip: Store in the freezer in 1 cup portions to have on hand for a quick meal or recipe calling for cooked rice.
