Tasty Tuesday-Baked Brown Rice

Baked Brown Rice

Yield: 6 servings


  • 1 cup brown rice

  • 2 ½ cups water

  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients into casserole dish and cover with foil.

  2. Bake at 350F for 60-90 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.

  3. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!

Quick Tip: Store in the freezer in 1 cup portions to have on hand for a quick meal or recipe calling for cooked rice.
