• Two private consultations to set the intent for our journey together and for continued success after the Retreat.
• Cleansing and detoxification options with instructions (includes juicing, with alternative option for those who do not have a juicer).

• A menu and recipes with a grocery shopping list and cook-along-with-me demonstrations.
​
• Care package for the "harder to find" items for the cleanse/detoxification and menu.
​​
• Daily live motivational health presentations with worksheets so you can work on a plan to apply the information learned to your life right away.

• Daily activities to increase movement and circulation so you can feel better, day by day.
​
• A posted schedule of activities on our web platform so you can work around the retreat schedule with your other activities of life.

What's Not Included:​
• Medical treatment.

• Medication and supplements beyond what are provided in the care package.

• Internet services or equipment to access the virtual Retreat.
​
• Printed materials – everything will be provided virtually except for the care package.

Cancellation Policy:
Given the personalized nature of our health retreats and the limited size of participants we accept per Retreat, we do not offer refunds. However, suppose you need to cancel your reservation, and we can fill your spot. In that case, we will gladly apply your investment toward a future retreat within the next 12 months. Please note that you will be responsible for any price difference upon rebooking. If we cannot fill your spot, we will not be able to give you a creditfor a future retreat.
