Muesli
Yields: 3 servings
Ingredients:
 2 cups cabbage, choppedÂ
1 small carrot, dicedÂ
½ red pepper, dicedÂ
1 stalk celery, dicedÂ
3 radishes, slicedÂ
½ cup raw zucchini or cucumber, dicedÂ
½ cup raw yellow summer squash, diced ¼ cup dry oats Â
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and serve with Lemon Dill DressingÂ
Lemon Dill Dressing
Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons dried dill weed or 2 Tablespoons freshÂ
1 teaspoon onion powderÂ
¼ teaspoon garlic powderÂ
½ teaspoon salt (optional)Â
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeastÂ
2 Tablespoons lemon juiceÂ
¼ cup waterÂ
â…› - ¼ teaspoon xantham gum (optional thickener) Â
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. Stir again before serving.Â
