Herb Roasted Red Potatoes
Yields: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
4 red potatoes
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions:
Turn oven to 400°F
Wash and cut a wedge out of each potato. Mince a garlic clove and spread in potato groove.
Sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon ground rosemary and ¼ teaspoon salt (optional).
Top with potato wedge. Repeat for each potato. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve.
