Herb Roasted Red Potatoes



Herb Roasted Red Potatoes

Yields: 4 Servings


Ingredients:

  • 4 red potatoes

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon salt (optional)


Directions:

  1. Turn oven to 400°F

  2. Wash and cut a wedge out of each potato. Mince a garlic clove and spread in potato groove. 

  3. Sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon ground rosemary and ¼ teaspoon salt (optional). 

  4. Top with potato wedge. Repeat for each potato. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve.
