Yield: 3-cups Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients: 1 box silken tofu 2/3 cup water 1 cup raw cashews ¼ cup lemon juice 1 Tablespoon honey 2 teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
Drain water from tofu.
Break up tofu into blender.
Add remaining ingredients to blend and blend until creamy smooth.
