Muesli
Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients:
 ¼ cup dry oatsÂ
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juiceÂ
½ cup warm waterÂ
1 apple, pear, diced or grated, or 1½ cups berriesÂ
Directions:
Combine oats, lemon juice and water in a bowl. Mix and let soak. Remove core of apple or pear and dice or grate into oats (do not peel). Add berries or other fruits as desired (peaches, apricots, etc.). The longer oats soak the softer they will be; can soak for 5 minutes or overnight.
