Northern Fruit Salad
Yields: 4 one cup servings
Ingredients:
1 pear, dicedÂ
1 apple, dicedÂ
2 peaches, dicedÂ
1 cup cherries, pitted (optional- cut cherries in half)Â
Directions:
Combine prepared fruit and serve.
Tip:
Northern fruits have a lower glycemic index therefore this Northern Fruit Salad is well tolerated by individuals who have problems with metabolism and/or blood sugar.Â
