Seasoned Red Beans

Yields: 2 Servings


Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon water 

  • ¼ cup onion, chopped 

  • 1 clove garlic, pressed 

  • 1 (15-ounce) can red beans 

  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder 

  • 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast 

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 


Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in water

  2. Add remaining ingredients and heat to desired temperature

  3. Serve
