Berry & Cream Oatmeal
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup water or non-dairy milk
½ cup old-fashioned oats
½-1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup blueberries or raspberries
Salt to taste (¼-½ teaspoon, optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cover and turn off the burner.
Allow to set for 10 minutes or to desired consistency.
Serve topped with roasted nuts.
