
Cherry Vanilla Sorbet
Yield: 8 ½-cup servings
Ingredients:
3 cups frozen cherries
4 frozen bananas
2 Tablespoons agave nectar, optional
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Pass frozen cherries and bananas through champion juicer using the solid plate. (Can also use a Vita-mix or Nonana).
Add agave and vanilla and mix well.
Serve immediately or place in freezer until ready to use. If placed in freezer until solid, allow to sit out for 10 minutes before serving.
