
Onion Salad
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
¼ teaspoon Celtic salt
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon dried stinging nettle leaf
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
Directions:
Prepare onion and garlic. Add all other ingredients and toss.
Serve as a compliment to every savory meal.
Serve. Bon Appétit!
Variation:
Use dried cilantro or parsley in place of stinging nettle.
Can also use 1 Tablespoon fresh stinging nettle leaf, cilantro or parsley, minced.
Use chopped olives in place of olive oil.
