Picture yourself enjoying relaxed, casual meals, surrounded by the serene beauty of 
the Ozark Mountains. You'll find joy in our family-style meals, especially when you help prepare them in our hands-on cooking classes.

Nestled in the exquisite valley of Sunny  Dawn Acres, you'll savor the vibrant flavors of fresh, organic produce. 
 

Our meals are inspired by whole food, plant-based cuisine, featuring local herbs and vegetables. 

As an added delight, during the second week, you'll get to transform your favorite recipes into delicious plant-based dishes.

Shortly after your arrival, Dinner offers a comforting Savory Vegetable Lentil Soup, complemented by our garden-grown sweet potatoes and a tossed salad with Marty’s Favorite Dressing.

For breakfast, you'll start your day with fresh  fruits, whole grain cereals or savory breakfasts such a plant-based quiche. 

A must try is our fluffy Sorghum Pancakes with Blueberries and Coconut Cream.

Lunch will be a hearty buffet of fresh vegetables, salads, and plant-based entrees like Vegetable Oat Patties with Cashew Gravy. 

We accommodate all dietary preferences, ensuring every meal is tailored to your needs. 

During your pre-health retreat consultation, we will address any allergies or restrictions, so you’ll feel nourished and deeply satisfied. 

Every meal will be a nourishing celebration of healing flavors, ready to revive and satisfy you.
