Corn Chowder

Yield: 6 servings Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups corn, frozen or fresh off the cob
½ cup onion, diced
2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 stalks celery, diced 1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
3 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and cook until potatoes are tender and onions clear.
