Summer Season Challenge 2


Do you feel it is an everyday struggle to meet your health goals?


Are you finding it hard to keep up the momentum all alone?


Do you feel you are taking two steps backward after every step forward?


Wouldn’t it be nice to have some accountability to help you reach your goals in a timely manner?


Wouldn’t it feel motivating to know others are in your corner cheering you on and you cheering others on, so together we can make it to the finish line?


This is my motivation for starting our Summer Season Challenge.


If you are an individual actively trying to meet your health goals, but are struggling to do so, and would like some support, encouragement, and accountability, then the Summer Season Challenge is for you!


During the Summer Season Challenge you will share and receive:

  • a little extra motivation to reach your goals.

  • a little incentive to make it to the finish line.

  • a little encouragement to stay the course.

  • a way to meet your goal with smaller, easier to obtain goals.


And…


In our very first Summer Season Challenge I will show you:

  • my summer challenge goal,

  • what I eat,

  • what I weigh,

  • my chart of my steps and exercise,

  • Daily – whether I am on target or off target.


How does that sound?


We can be better together! We can walk alongside each other on our similar journeys and together we can reach the finish line!


Here is how the Summer Season Challenge works.

  • At the beginning (before June 21) you will Craft a unique-to-you health goal, (I will help you if you need some guidance).

  • Then you will Break that Goal Down into 3 Smaller Goals that can be achieved on or before the 21st of each month.

  • Each week you will Engage in Weekly Zoom Coaching for health tips and focus, so you can have encouragement to stay the course.

  • Earn Points for every action you take, so you keep motivation all the way to the finish line.

  • Utilize Tracking Tools so you can monitor your journey’s progression.

  • Win Bonus Points and Rewards for reaching monthly milestone, so you can feel empowered to keep going!


But that’s not all, there’s more!


  • Quick and Easy Cooking Videos, to encourage you to make good food choices and teach you how to prepare those foods or similar foods to meet your goals.

  • Exercise Videos and Challenges so you can improve circulation and feel better day by day.

  • Community Chat for accountability, encouragement, and help. I will post here regularly with my information, so you can see my progression along with everyone else’s who enters their posts.
