Vegetable Patties
Yield: 24 patties
Ingredients:
1 cup Soy Curls®
4 cups water
1/3 cup Braggs Liquid Aminos®
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon season salt
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon torula yeast
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 cup walnuts, ground
2 cups juicing vegetable pulp
2 cups quick oats
Non-stick pan spray
Canning jar lid and ring
Directions:
Place Soy Curls® in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
Drain and place in a food processor and process into fine crumbles.
While Soy Curls® are soaking, place everything but the oats and juicing vegetable pulp in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat and remove from heat.
Add oats, Soy Curl® crumbles, and vegetable pulp.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, and preheat the oven to 375°F.
Spray a canning jar lid and ring with non-stick.
Scoop out the mixture and press it into the canning jar lid then turn over lid onto parchment paper, pull off the ring, and gently pull off the lid. May need to use a spatula. Repeat until the mixture is done or the sheet is full.
Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes on each side
