Cucumber Tomato Salad
Yield: 4 1-cup servings
Ingredients:
Dressing
1 Tablespoon fresh dillweed(or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼-½ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lime juice
Salad
3 cups Roma tomatoes, chopped
2 cups cucumbers, chopped
¼ cup purple onion, sliced
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl combine dressing ingredients.
Add vegetables to the dressing and toss to coat evenly.
Chill and serve.
