Waldorf Salad

Waldorf Salad

Yield: 8 1/2-Cup Servings


Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh apples, diced

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice

  • ¼ cup celery, diced,

  • ¼ cup dates, chopped and/or raisins

  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1 cup grapes, chopped, optional

  • ½ cup pineapple, diced

  • ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt

  • ¼ cup plant-based mayonnaise


Directions:

  1. Prepare ingredients and combine until well mixed.

  2. Chill until ready to serve.


Variations: Add lemon extract and pineapple to plant-based mayo and blend until creamy. Combine mixture with fruit and chill until ready to serve.
