Colorful Veggies With Onion Dip

Yield: 2-4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium carrot, peeled if desired
1 stalk, celery, ends and strings removed
1 fresh pickling cucumber
1/2 yellow bell pepper
4 pieces fresh broccoli
4 pieces fresh cauliflower
10 grape tomatoes
1 container plant-based sour cream
1 package dried onion soup mix
DIRECTIONS:
Wash and cut vegetables into sticks or strips. Wash and cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Wash tomatoes. Combine plant-based sour cream with soup mix. Stir until evenly blended. Place in a beautiful dish and arrange vegetables around the dip.
