SAVORY MIXED VEGETABLES

Yield: 4 1/2-cup servings
Ingredients:
1-pound frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill weed or 1 teaspoon dill weed, dried
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except dill weed, in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until desired tenderness is reached. Sprinkle with dill weed and serve.
