Hidden Sources of Animal and Milk Products
As promised, in this blog I will give you a list of hidden sources of milk and flesh products. For those very sensitive to even small amount of animal products, it will be helpful to know the language of ingredient labeling to know what ingredients contain milk and animal products without saying such in common terms. This is not an exhaustive list, as new products are continuously being produced, and the refuse portions of animal/fish/poultry are finding their way more and more into our food. Even bugs and worms have made it into manufactured food. Feel free to downloaded the attached PDF below this blog.
