Lettuce Wraps

Yield: 2 servings Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
¼ cup avocado
2 Tablespoons onion, chopped
¼ cup tomato, diced
½ cup sprouts or microgreens
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon dried dillweed
2 large iceberg lettuce leaves
Directions:
Prepare vegetables.
Mix first 7 ingredients together.
Drop 2-3 Tablespoons of above mixture onto a lettuce leaf and wrap like a burrito.
Secure with party toothpicks and serve.
