Tasty Tuesday-Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad

Yields: 6 1-cup servings



  • ½ cup cashew butter

  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup 

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 

  • 2 Tablespoons water 

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 

  • ½ teaspoon salt 

  • 1 teaspoon Bakon® Hickory Smoked Dried Torula Yeast 


  • 4 cups broccoli

  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced

  • 1/3 cup roasted sliced almonds

  • 1/3 cup juice sweetened dried cranberries and/or sliced grapes and/or strawberries


  1. Combine all dressing ingredients and set aside.

  2. Place prepared vegetables, fruits and nuts in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add dressing and toss until evenly coasted.

  4. Chill until ready to serve.
