Tasty Tuesday-Stuffed Dates


Dry Roasted Almonds

Yield: 8 ¼-cup servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole almonds

Directions:

  1. Spread nuts or seeds out on baking sheet in a single layer.

  2. Roast in a 275℉ oven for 35-45 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and allow to cool complete. Store in an airtight container.


Stuffed Dates

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 12 medjool dates

  • 24 roasted almonds

Directions:

  1. Cut lengthwise along one side of the dates and remove pit.

  2. Stuff date with two roasted almonds. Place on platter or in a sealable container.

  3. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
