Dry Roasted Almonds
Yield: 8 ¼-cup servings
Ingredients:
2 cups whole almonds
Directions:
Spread nuts or seeds out on baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in a 275℉ oven for 35-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool complete. Store in an airtight container.
Stuffed Dates
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
12 medjool dates
24 roasted almonds
Directions:
Cut lengthwise along one side of the dates and remove pit.
Stuff date with two roasted almonds. Place on platter or in a sealable container.
