Toasted Brown Rice Cakes With Avocado and Tomato


Yields: 4 servings


Ingredients:

4 brown rice cakes

1 avocado, mashed

1 tomato, sliced

salt, basil, onion powder, garlic powder


Directions:

Toast rice cakes on the lowest setting of toaster oven. Watch so they do not burn. Top toasted rice cake with avocado and a slice

of tomato. Sprinkle with desired seasonings and enjoy!
